Las m\u00e1s populares son:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ml-5 mr-3\">\n<li><span class=\"font-weight-bold text-warning\">TTL\u00a0<i class=\"fas fa-long-arrow-alt-right\"><\/i><\/span>\u00a0L\u00f3gicas de transistores (Transistor-Transistor Logic). Estos circuitos se identifican con una combinaci\u00f3n de letras y n\u00fameros que comienzan con el n\u00famero 74. Por ejemplo: 7400 (NAND de dos entradas, 7402 (NOR de dos entradas),7404 (NOT), 7408 (AND de dos entradas), 7432 (OR de dos entradas), 7464 (XOR de dos entradas), etc.<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"font-weight-bold text-warning\">ECL\u00a0<i class=\"fas fa-long-arrow-alt-right\"><\/i><\/span>\u00a0L\u00f3gica de acoplamiento de emisor (Emitter-Coupled Logic).<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"font-weight-bold text-warning\">MOS\u00a0<i class=\"fas fa-long-arrow-alt-right\"><\/i><\/span>\u00a0Semiconductor de \u00f3xido de metal (Metal-oxide semiconductor).<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"font-weight-bold text-warning\">CMOS\u00a0<i class=\"fas fa-long-arrow-alt-right\"><\/i><\/span>\u00a0Semiconductor de \u00f3xido de metal complementario (Complementary Metal-Oxid Semiconductor). Son muy sensibles a la electricidad est\u00e1tica del cuerpo humano, por lo que requieren un manejo cuidadoso ya que se pueden da\u00f1ar al tocar sus terminales. Se identifican con la \u201cfamilia 4000\u201d, es decir con n\u00fameros 4001 (NOR de dos entradas), 4011 (NAND de dos entradas), 4069 (NOT), 4071 (OR de dos entradas), 4081 (AND de dos entradas), etc. Cada circuito integrado tiene cierto n\u00famero de pines o terminales.
